Parker M. Green

Parker is a trial attorney at Fried Rogers Goldberg LLC where he represents victims of tractor-trailer accidents, auto accidents, and premises liability. Prior to joining the firm, Parker worked at a defense firm representing national and regional trucking companies in cases arising out of catastrophic accidents. He has decided to take his experience on the defense side and use it to benefit those injured by commercial vehicles.

Parker was born in Atlanta and grew up in Duluth, Georgia. He received his undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Alabama, cum laude. While at Alabama, he was a member of several honor societies and was selected for the Jasons Senior Men’s Honorary. Following undergraduate, Parker received his Master’s Degree in financial engineering from the University of Alabama before earning his J.D. from the University of Mississippi, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and Mississippi Journal of First Impressions.

After law school, Parker clerked for Judge B.E. Roberts, III in the State Court of Hall County, Georgia before starting his practice with a focus on the defense of national restaurant chains, construction companies, and road construction contractors in various matters throughout the southeast. He eventually moved on to an Atlanta firm where he defended several national trucking companies in cases throughout the country. When he’s not practicing law, Parker enjoys traveling, playing golf, and supporting the Crimson Tide.
