Church’s Bad Faith Claim From Storm Damage Fails For Lack Of Facts, Judge Says

OKLAHOMA CITY – An Oklahoma federal judge on Aug. 19 ruled that a church’s bad faith and breach of contract claims against its insurer failed for lack of sufficient facts, granting the insurer’s dismissal motion (Emmanuel Tabernacle v. Church Mutual Insurance Co., No. 11-515, W.D. Okla.; 2011 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 93232).
