Supervisory Claims Examiner Sentenced For Billing Scheme

CHARLESTON, W.Va. – A West Virginia federal judge on Aug. 15 sentenced a former supervisory claims examiner to six months in prison for her participation in a fraudulent billing scheme (United States of America v. Pamela Carpenter, No. 2:11-cr-12, S.D. W.Va.).
